SessionMap is the one instrument you can use today.

One thing worth knowing first

Documentation for every 10Track tool, by product. SessionMap's walkthrough is below; AcoustiTrack's fact sheet and features, and the AcoustiTrack Mobile page, are linked under their product; guides are in the library.

Guides

Step-by-step help for a job you want done.

Open your first session

SessionMap runs in your browser and reads Logic Pro projects on your own machine. Nothing you open is uploaded.

  1. Open the canvas

Start here. Example sessions are already loaded — a pop mix, a rock band, a film score and a full orchestra — and you can open, explore and export any of them without an account.

  2. See what is ducking what

Sidechain Overlays draw the magenta lines. They are ducking relationships, not audio paths — the distinction matters when you are reading somebody else's session.

  3. Open your own session

Choose Import Logic Pro Session and drag the .logicx package itself across from Finder — the package, not a file from inside it. Reading happens in your browser; the project never leaves your machine. Opening your own project is the one thing that needs an account.

  4. Follow a signal

Trace Mode isolates one path and draws it end to end. It answers “where does this actually end up?” faster than clicking through channel strips.

  5. Check the session for mistakes

Session Audit lists what looks wrong — a send pointing at a bus that is not there, a channel going nowhere. The badge counts open findings.

  6. Take it with you

Export PDF gives you the map as a document.

That is the whole of SessionMap's documentation today. If something on the canvas needs a paragraph here, tell us at support@10track.io.

System requirements

macOS 11 or newer, Apple Silicon or Intel; Logic Pro for the plugins. The macOS instruments are still in development, with no install route yet — see availability for where that stands.
